Seven Sparks lights the way in creating 'Young Superstars'Thursday 3rd December 2009 | 7:20 AM« Back to Listing"Seven Sparks has been created to fill the void that exists in the educational market in self-development for Junior Primary aged children. There are many programs and motivational speakers for teenagers and adults but limited resources exist for younger children" Miss Lindner, the creator, says. "The early years are vital in forming a child's thought patterns, attitudes and total development. Through my many years of teaching, nationally and internationally, it has become evident there is a need and urgency for young children to be equipped with more knowledge, skills and strategies to build and enhance self-esteem, confidence, a positive self image and life skills to enable them to achieve their potential." The program is currently offered in Sydney through workshops in the school holidays for 7 - 10 year olds. Children are inspired through fun activities delivered by experienced educators who are motivating and passionate. The program teaches children about the ‘Seven Sparks':
Children are introduced to three key characters, Positive Polly, Superstar Sam and Can Do Katie, along with the originally produced theme song, ‘Made To Be', which is sang and danced to. Each child leaves the day fully motivated and with a Seven Sparks gift bag full of merchandise that reinforces concepts taught.
