Lionhearts - New Men's Group

Christmas/New Year can be a very lonely time for separated and divorced men
A new support group with a difference has been established by Sydney entrepreneur and businessman Gary Greenbank designed to provide separated men with an opportunity to grow as individuals and to have some fun as they rediscover single life. According to Greenbank himself single for the last 2 years after a 15 year marriage "There simply isn't anything with a positive twist for newly single men to hook into at a time when often everything is in turmoil. I found through personal experience there were lots of parents without partners support groups etc but nothing that gives men an opportunity to hang out with other men in similar situations" hence what has now become a personal passion for Gary, to give men the opportunity to grow through tough times rather than focus on the negatives.

"Unlike women, men don't necessarily want to talk everything through, we need a mate to have a drink with or perhaps access to an expert to concentrate on our work/life balance or health and fitness etc" says Greenbank.

Gary's men's group, known as Lionhearts, gives men an opportunity to work on the "Circle of Life".  This covers all areas of their own lives that require personal investment to gain the maximum out of living in the now. The Circle of Life includes work, family, friends, fun, health, personal development and intimacy.

Gary is doing this as a pro bono project to put something back into the community and is offering anyone who contacts him a Circle of Life assessment followed by a free introductory chat with a specialist Buddy in the area where they require some support.

Gary says instead of New Year's resolutions that go nowhere this is an opportunity with a proven scientific Circle of Life wheel used extensively in life coaching and human potential arenas to focus on enriching your life in a very tangible and meaningful way.
