Now into its thirteenth year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a business's own customers - an indication of a well run business where satisfied customers are a sign that a business is healthy and worthy of praise.

The award system focuses on seven criteria, each scored separately, namely:
Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication and Overall Perception. The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service. They are awesome. We have been through a lot of IT companies over the years so consider ITtelligent Consulting Services a great find. They offer a fixed fee service, which is very cost-effective, particularly during the set-up time and the inevitable teething problems. They provide a great response time, not only during working hours but also over weekend! rind even at midnight. Reliable IT is really really important to us. We need remote access, security and good, reliable backups. ITtelligent are very proactive, If they spot any unusual activities they call to say what they've spotted and what action they are taking in the background. They monitor the traffic and will call if they suspect an IP attack and advise us on the action to take. They are on call 24/7 and we really feel the benefit of their service.

They always go above and beyond for us. For example, if a problem arises for which they don't have an immediate answer, they will go to any lengths to source out the solution. We have often asked for their help on weekends and they are there for us 24/7 and address all our needs promptly. They are very, very good value for money.
